During this stage of life, the body begins to shift.

Muscle mass gradually declines. Recovery becomes more important.
The nervous system becomes more sensitive to stress.
Energy becomes less stable across the day.

Muscle plays a central role in all of this.
It supports how your body produces energy, regulates blood sugar, and maintains resilience.

As muscle decreases, the body often feels less responsive.

Many women are told to eat less, exercise more, and push harder.
But for many midlife bodies, that approach creates more fatigue, not less.

Metabolic Warrior teaches you how to work with your body now.

You’ll learn how to:

  • recognise when your body is ready for effort

  • stay present when something begins to feel challenging

  • and allow recovery to support progress

Because strength isn’t built by pushing all the time.
It’s built by knowing when to push - and when to recover.

You won’t be pushed beyond what your body can support.
But you also won’t stay where it feels easy.

Because strength is built in those moments where you stay with the movement just a little longer than you thought you could.

INTRODUCING METABOLIC WARRIOR

Metabolic Warrior is a guided 10-week program designed specifically for women in midlife.

The focus is simple:

helping you rebuild strength, stabilise energy, and support your metabolism in a way that feels sustainable.

Inside the program, you’ll learn how to:

  • rebuild strength through progressive resistance training

  • support your metabolism with simple, realistic nutrition principles

  • stabilise your daily energy

  • improve sleep and recovery

  • reconnect with your body in a more supportive and responsive way

This is not a quick fix.

It’s a structured process that helps your body become stronger, steadier, and more capable over time.

HOW THE TRAINING WORKS

This program uses a progressive resistance approach designed for midlife bodies.

You work with your current capacity - not against it.

You’ll be guided to:

  • perform each movement with alignment, focus, and awareness

  • do as many repetitions as you can at your current level

  • stay present through the final moments where the movement begins to feel challenging

  • and gradually build from there

This includes what Anne calls a “one more” approach:

When you feel like you’re finished, you gently explore whether there is one more repetition available.

Some days there will be.
Some days there won’t.

Both are part of the process.

Over time, you build toward:
3 sets at your capacity - not someone else’s standard.

This balance between effort and recovery is what allows the body to adapt safely - and rebuild confidence.

WHAT THIS ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

Each week follows a clear, supportive structure so you know what to expect.

Inside the 10 weeks, you’ll receive:

  • a live group session with Anne

  • guided resistance training and movement practices

  • clear instruction on what to do between sessions

  • practical education on metabolism, energy, and recovery

  • guided practices to support nervous system regulation and body awareness

You’re not expected to figure this out on your own.
You’ll be shown what to do - and how to adapt it for your body.

EARLY SHIFTS (WEEK 4)

For many women, this is the point where something begins to shift:

“My body isn’t broken. It just needed a different kind of support.”

You may notice:

  • more stable energy across the day

  • fewer afternoon crashes

  • improved sleep

  • feeling stronger and more capable

  • clearer focus and mood

These changes happen because your body is receiving consistent support:
movement, nourishment, recovery, and regulation.

There is also a quieter layer to this work.

Each week includes guided practices that help you:

  • become more aware of your body

  • settle your nervous system

  • and feel more present in your body

Many women find they not only feel physically stronger, but also more steady, calm, and connected.

INSIDE THE 10-WEEK PROGRAM

The program is designed as a gradual progression so your body can build safely.

Weeks 1–2: Stabilise
Build rhythm, movement, and foundational practices

Weeks 3–5: Activate
Introduce circuit-based resistance training

Weeks 6–8: Restore
Support recovery, sleep, and nervous system balance

Weeks 9–10: Integrate
Bring everything into a rhythm you can continue

WHAT’S INCLUDED

You’re supported from multiple angles - so you’re not relying on willpower alone.

Inside the program, you’ll receive:

  • weekly live group sessions with Anne

  • guided resistance training and full circuit progression

  • weekly course lessons on metabolic health

  • guided practices to support nervous system regulation and emotional release

Each week also includes guided work that helps release tension held in the body - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

MEET ANNE BINNING

Anne Binning is the creator of Vibrational Fitness Training and Metabolic Warrior.

For over 30 years, she has worked with movement, breath, and body awareness - helping people rebuild strength in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

Her work brings together:

  • resistance training

  • metabolic health education

  • breath and body-based practices

  • energetic awareness and guided release work

Anne recognises that physical change doesn’t happen in isolation.

The body holds physical, mental, and emotional patterns.
As these begin to shift, the body can respond in a very different way.

Inside her programs, she guides women not only in rebuilding strength, but in developing a deeper awareness of themselves - and how to work with their body.
